Project Details

This midtown gem has classic features and a gorgeous lobby. The party room was a main focal point and a delightfully fresh reinvention. An active and social community like this one needed a party room that could serve many purposes. The original sage coloured space was divided and the Board felt strongly there should be an opening to allow the space to be used by a large group, but enclosed for board meetings and such. Folio designed and custom-built a folding wall which creates a light-filled open space for larger gatherings. The corridors were updated with a classic black and cream theme.
