5795 Yonge St, is in North York, known as Turnberry Court. This building is home to a very mixed demographic and the scope was comprehensive to say the least. The corridors had stucco walls which our team skimmed by hand! once walls were smooth we applied wallpaper and the building decided to keep the existing tile suite entry. The lobby was completely excavated to the foundation and revived with new backlit decorative millwork. The party room received a refresh as well. Now residents have a modern and fresh lobby and corridors and the value has increased.
