Project Details

Scarborough is the home of 360 at the City Centre, an immaculately maintained high-rise complex with a huge population. The corridors badly needed new wallpaper and the Board took the opportunity to upgrade the carpet and freshen paint as well. New suite surrounds provided the dramatic touchpoint for the geometric statement carpet, which holds up beautifully years later. The colour scheme was selected to complement the honey maple suite doors. Dove grey paint and luxurious, ruched wallpaper lightened the whole scheme to achieve perfect balance, and give a nod to the colourful, art-filled lobby and amenity spaces.
