Folio works with trade partners and subcontractors as well as our own in-house trades. We know the importance of consistency and availability of quality tradespeople. You can trust our tile setters, mill workers, carpet installers, painters, licensed electricians, stone fabricators and plumbers. All carry WSIB and receive up-to-date WHMIS training for material handling and First Aid. Folio’s team understands the needs of the Condo environment, which is unique for workers who need to demonstrate understanding of things like work hours, after work clean-up, elevator etiquette, respect for residents, proper notices, and dust control.
