The Legend at Mystic Pointe Condos offer a dog-friendly, comfy lifestyle near the lake. A major goal of the Board was to maintain the natural oak wood trim and doors while refreshing the finishes. Folio’s approach was to complement the theme with flooring that would give the impression of a herringbone wood floor. We created millwork in the lobby to complement and update the warm oak with a refreshing grey. Lastly, the underused party room was transformed into a larger, fresh and light gym with a refreshment station while the old gym is a functional board room.
