50 Lynn Williams in Liberty Village is known as the Condos of Battery Park. One of our favourite transformations, Folio had an opportunity to create something in a contemporary style with two showstoppers: a customized backlit mirror wall feature, and a suspended, geometric light installation that floats in the centre of the two story, atrium style South Lobby. Folio also styled the elevator landing and the corridors.
