3 Rowntree Road, known as “Platinum by the Humber II” is located on the Humber river in North Etobicoke. The original early 90’s building features enormous amenities and nice sized condos. The corridors came with some challenges and Folio was able to address them with the team. The scope included drywall replacement, deep restoration of all wall surfaces and rebuilding frames around the elevator landing walls. Folio restored and painted the suite doors, created an accent around each suite entry, and installed tiles on the elevator landing walls to demarcate the landing area. A high end, custom broadloom carpet will stand up to wear and tear and look extremely beautiful for years to come.
