PARTY ROOM & GUEST SUITE RENOVATION

Harbour Point I

A rarely used party room was reimagined as a flexible space that works as a guest suite and a boardroom. Multi-purpose furniture, a Murphy bed and fully updated finishes give the building a more useful and better-looking amenity.

The party room at Harbour Point I was rarely used, so to make better use of the space it was combined with a Guest Room and a Meeting Space. The new room uses multi-purpose furniture and updated finishes throughout, so it works better and looks sharper.

The Board can meet in the room whenever the guest suite is not in use. When the suite is booked, the Murphy bed is lowered and guests can use the brand new kitchen, bathroom and seating.

  • Combining the party room, guest room and meeting space into one multi-purpose suite

Client Testimonial

Design Approach

The goal was one room that does two jobs well. A Murphy bed and multi-purpose furniture let the space change between a boardroom and a comfortable guest suite in minutes, without losing floor space. Warm wood slats, dark cabinetry and soft grey walls give the room a modern, calm look. The new kitchen, bathroom and seating make a stay feel complete, and the Board gets a professional meeting room.
