The party room at this condo building works very hard! And it showed. What the space needed was a refresh including all new furniture, and a facelift. Folio refinished the beautiful herringbone floors. removed a fireplace wall that was blocking the view, and furnished the rooms with all new seating and decor. Window treatments finished the look for the community to enjoy for many years to come.
