Project Details: 160 Woodbridge, Vaughan – Grand Manor Condos

The refurbishment at 160 Woodbridge was designed by MB Design Consultants; a great partnership with a creative design team. Management and Board worked with Folio’s team to plan and execute the build while MB Design Consultants team oversaw and certified each progress milestone. The project presented unique challenges with ceiling and drywall work on varying floor layouts, and the lobby transformation was dramatic to say the least. The residents have a modern glam-meets classic Parisian vibe, a total 180 degrees from the previous finishes.
