Project Description: 4196 Dundas Ave W, Etobicoke – The Prince Edward

The gorgeous Georgian style low-rise was in need of lots of TLC to allow it to shine and show some personality, to match the eclectic mix of residents and area demographics. The scope included all corridors, party room, gym, library and other areas throughout. Bold black doors with new brass hardware are a lesson in fearlessness! The oak doors have a new life and all the finishes and new art make this one of our favourite projects. The party room and Library now feature transitional modern furnishings to take the building into the future in style, offering up a new level of functionality for the residents.
