Project Details: 12 Old Mill Trail – Kensington at Old Mill II

The dignified residences at 12 Old Mill Trail in Etobicoke didn’t need much help from us to make them elegant and stately. What the corridors needed was a refresh; a spa day and a new outfit! Carpet, wallpaper, a new coat of paint and chic new light fixtures were the key to updating the space for many years to come. The result is Georgian-Classic-Transitional and it is perfectly fitting in the beautiful leafy setting of Etobicoke’s most admired, storybook setting. Folio worked with the Board from start to finish to select materials and carry out the execution of the vision.
