Project Details: 1070 Sheppard Ave W and 55 DeBoers Dr – MetroPlace M1 and M2

The two condo buildings known as MetroPlace M1 and M2 are modern and fresh with a bustling demographic that crosses all age groups. Our challenge with the corridors and lobbies was to add substance and focal points to an interior with repetitive elements. Cool and Warm options were presented to residents and cooler was selected with deep blues and a dark carpet to anchor the light silvery tones of the lighting. Tile in the elevator landings laid in a classic Parisian style to anchor the look in elegance while incorporating contemporary deep blues and greys.
